Crazy Cocktails take the biscuit

Beetroot, Turkish delight, green tea, cayenne pepper, a pomegranate and an orange Club biscuit were amongst the surprise ingredients Fumo Mixologist Lee Millard used to create ingenious cocktails for a group of special guests.

They were invited to bring along an unusual item to the popular bar and restaurant in Waterloo Street as a challenge to the professional bar staff to create an original cocktail.

Ingredients were measured, shaken, stirred and poured – each exotic creation unanimously passing the all important taste test!
