Terry McDowell, Head of Food and Drink at TGI Fridays said, “Fridays is all about fun food, and that’s exactly what the new Ribs by the Masters collection serves up for guests. On a recent trip to America, the big, bold flavours they pair with their ribs inspired me, and I wanted to bring some of that personality and taste to Fridays fans across the UK with these new dishes. For all the meat-lovers out there, trying Ribs by the Masters is a must – I guarantee it won’t disappoint!”
Let’s not forget the original, renowned ribs dishes from Fridays to choose from too, including Classic Ribs, the Ultimate Jack Daniels Double Glazed Ribs, and fan favourite the Fridays Ribs. All ribs at Fridays are made-to-order, rubbed in Fridays seasoning, marinated, and finally slow-cooked using a flame grill. Delicious.
